This site ("Broadband Checker") is owned and operated by Unique Technique Limited ("UTL") whose registered offices are located at 4 Henley Way, Doddington Road, Lincoln LN6 3QR. By using this site, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms of use, please do not use the site.

All copyright, database right and other intellectual property rights in all the material on the site including but not limited to site design, structure, page layouts, graphical images and underlying software code (collectively the "Content") belongs to UTL or its licensors. All rights are reserved, except for the limited licensed rights expressly granted below.

Limited right to use

Subject to other third party restrictions such as those outlined above you may access, print and download the Content onto electronic, magnetic, optical or similar storage media provided that:

Provision of information

You will promptly provide UTL (free of charge) with all information and co-operation which UTL may reasonably require from time to time to enable UTL to proceed uninterrupted with the performance of UTL's obligations under this agreement.

Assignment/subcontracting

You shall not assign or delegate all or any of your rights or obligations under this agreement without UTL prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

UTL shall have the right to assign or transfer all or any of its rights and obligations under this agreement to any person save that where that person is not an associated company UTL shall notify you prior to exercising that right of transfer.

UTL may subcontract any of its obligations in this agreement.

Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other under these terms and conditions, for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the other party due to any cause beyond the first party's reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, exceptionally severe weather, failure of shortage of power supplies, flood, drought, lightning or fire, strike, lock-out, trade dispute or labour disturbance (other than those of the parties), the act or omission of government, highways authorities, other telecommunications operators or administrations or other competent authority, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or riot.

Applicable laws

These terms, the site, Contents and all use of it shall be governed by English Law, and you and UTL submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts (save that UTL may take action in relation to enforcement of its intellectual property rights in any court worldwide). Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local laws are applicable. You may not use the BroadbandChecker site to do anything that is not lawful in the place where you access the site.
